This policy pertains to eCommerce sales made through our online store at www.inducomp.com and does not cover custom orders or any orders made outside of our online store.
How to Initiate a Return for an online order:
The customer has 30 days (from date of original invoice) to report any product related problems, and must do so via phone call to INDUCOMP Corporation 636-257-2111.
When calling please provide: full order name, order number, and a short description of the defect. You may be required to provide images of the product. We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.
All processed product related problems that fit the return policy will receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).
Products must be returned in the original packaging, and any discrepancy could result in a delay or partial refund (return package must include all original warranty cards, manuals and accessories).
Write in a visible place, the RMA number on the return box.
An RMA number is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
Exchange and Refund Information:
If you qualify for a product exchange, INDUCOMP will issue a replacement item as soon as possible, based on the product availability. INDUCOMP reserves the sole right to issue returns, refunds, and exchanges at their discretion. Exchange shipping will be sent out via ground shipping.
For returns, refunds will be credited back in the form of original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 15 business days of the request.

Please Note: INDUCOMP will NOT issue a refund for a damaged or incomplete product.
A 25% restocking fee per product will be applied on returns or exchanges.
Delivery charges, taxes, customs, insurance and other fees are nonrefundable.
