ST.
LOUIS, MO – June 29, 2003 -- INDUCOMP announces its new
HURRICANExtreme™ industrial computer.
The HURRICANExtreme™ industrial computer was created to
directly compete with the 3M Dynapro ET3250 and 3M Dynapro ET3255
industrial computers.
Earlier
in the year 3M Dynapro announced to its customers that last call
for ordering the ET 3250 and ET 3255 would be April 30, 2003.
Speaking to one of the INDUCOMP’s marketing team he said
“The exit of the 3M Dynapro industrial computers from the
market would not make a major marketing impact on our pursuit
of supplying a rugged PC computer to the Oil and gas and OEM manufacturing
industries. However it’s always nice to have a competitor
roll over at the time of announcing a new product”.
The HURRICANExtreme™ will come standard with a bright 15.0”,
18.0” or 20.0” color TFT LCD screen with NFI (Near
Field Imaging) touch screen. 800Mhz VIA C3 low heat processor,
